Welcome to SR! Congrats on your sober time. Rehab is supposed to teach us how to live without our drug of choice, how to make changes in our lives to support recovery and allow us to live sober. I hope you find the answers you seek. And I do'nt think rehab is not chosen unless someone is forced into it.
