I really had not thought of a game plan except to rough it through and try to keep busy.
But, you gave me a great idea. If I eat a large meal I lose all craving for the booze. That means to eat a big meal right around 4 PM. That will do it.
Usually, on the weekends I have no craving at all for the stuff until the early afternoon. I made sure to eat a breakfest and then work out and get all ready for a great day of drinking. I looked forward to that. Some of my best days were me and the bottle all alone. I really liked that old guy = until the next morning. Then sleep half the day, feeling like crap so I could get back into the stuff in the late afternoon on Sunday.
How dumb can one be??
