Hi!! I'm going to my first SMART Recovery meeting this week (as long as it doesn't snow too much... in which case I'll try next week!)
I'm excited to see that there is an alternative to AA for face to face meetings in my area.
I tried AA briefly last fall and really did not feel comfortable. I hope I like SMART better --- will report back!!!
