Thanks for the help and suggestions. I am listening to everyone..... Yes I do have people around who would notice if i needed help. Wow - 6 weeks before their hands stopped shaking!!! Well, I will just take this one day at a time and reflect back from time to time. I have been going to the gym since the first of the year.
