That sums it up right there. At least you understand where you are at, and know where to go when you are ready. I truly think that deep down, you know you have a problem, you just aren't ready to deal with it yet, and that is OK and your decision only. Just make sure that the rest of the world will go on around you and react to how they perceive you. Your husband and family are already dropping hints about this.
