TOPIC: I Like Coming 2 Soberrecovery Because.....
Hi Im Sharon and Im an Alcoholic.
By the Grace of my HP and people
like you here in SR I havent found
it necessary to pick up a drink of
alcohol since 8-11-90.
For that and you I am truely grateful.
I like coming to SR because it is a
safe place to come unload what's
bothering me or what's on my mind.
My work place, bakery, has rules
and regulations to follow just like
any other business. We r to wear
khaki's, white top, safe shoes.
Many employess dont dress up. Kids
as i call them roll out of bed, get
dress and go to work. Me, i get up
early, bath, dress nice with make
up, jewelry and a nice white top
eith Harley or with designes made
with crystals. Very colorful but
on a white top.
Well....i was called to HR today
to be told not to wear anything
outside a plain white top....GRRRRR...
My outtake on this is.....someone
is envious of me and just because
they dont care to improve on
their appearance then no one
should....grrrrrrr.....
We work up front with customers
and i learned early on how to look
nice. I love recieving compliments,
dont u? Dont u like seeing a lovely
lady waiting on u? Or it just doesnt
matter?
So ive copped an attitude because
i cant have my way and dress what
i want....the bosses know i look
nice, but in all fairety everyone
should dress accordingly....and
i understand that....
Still....grrrrrrrrrr
So i started to plan not wearing
any makeup or jewelry tomorrow...
no lipstick....and just dress down
like the kids do.....
However u know that that is not
me and my coworkers will question
my appearance tomorrow.
Is it to get attention ....i love
attention....lol
Yep I am an ALCOHOLIC...lol
It pisses me off that i cant have
my way......grrrrrrrrr....lol
