i'm glad my story could help put things into perspective a bit for you jester. i've read similar stories from other recovering people that have had the same effect on me. sometimes another person's relapse can actually prevent you from relapsing yourself. reading tales of other people's madness can be a good reminder of where you definitely do not want to end up.
