Happy food day, everyone.
Just baked a couple of frozen pumpkin pies...and I got lazy and left them in there a little
too long. Oops. I managed to keep the crusts from not getting burned by using some foil, but the tops of the pies have some slightly charred spots...er...areas:
Hopefully they won't be chewy. The "holes" were from me digging with a toothpick to see how bad the damage was. Meh...
Anyone hear from Phal?
