Tytan, I too was raised with the TV on most of the time. I was born in Sweden & we came to the US when I was 4 so my parents (especially mom) used the TV to learn English! So it was on pretty much all the time, even after they became proficient in the language. One escapism program that I enjoy quite a bit is "The Big Bang Theory." Do you get that there? Not sure why, buy I always find myself chuckling or LOL when I watch it, especially the Sheldon dude. :-)
I've had a cranky couple of days. Today isn't starting out much better. I'd rather not repeat myself, if you're interested you can read my post in Secular Connections. Anyhoo, trying to keep busy today.
