Keep going to AA, get a sponsor, and work the program. It does get easier, believe it or not. But for now the smartest thing to do is avoid any situation where alcohol is present. Your little friend sitting on your shoulder will keep whispering that it's ok, that you can handle it. But you've just learned a very valuable lesson. It's not ok, you can't handle it.
