I agree. I also seem to have much more energy, so all those feelings combined motivate me to persevere and stay as fit and healthy as possible.
I also find it helpful to plan meals that I'm excited about cooking and eating. If the fridge is full of boring foods I'm much more likely to pick up junk food on the way home.
