Weight Watchers recommends one helping of whole grains per day, so I usually have some 7-grain or wheat toast for breakfast, or a cereal, or use grain breads to make a sandwich for lunch. Gotta admit that bread is another one of my eating addictions, but I try to stick with the healthier versions, not the white breads.
