Of course you can rely on our support. But what do you plan to do for yourself? Recovery from addiction is a lot of work, and many of us have stumbled along the way. You need to get into a structured recovery such as AA. Call the aa number in the phonebook, it's manned 24/7. They'll give you directions to the nearest meeting. Go to several until you find groups you're comfortable with. Then get ready to do a lot of hard work, being helped by folks who've been there and done that. If after a while you decide that AA isn't for you, have a Plan B ready. There are a lot of other programs available. But don't sit here and wait for warm smiley faces to get you sober. We'll give you all the advice and support we can, the real work is up to you.
