Welcome to SR! I'm glad you found us and joined the family. You're right, it is hard to do alone. Have you thought about checking out an AA meeting? You could make some new sober friends and be surrounded by people who understand what you're going thru.
But when you can't find support in real life, like in the middle of the night, there's always love and support here. Lots of good info here and lots of friends all over the world ready to offer their experience, strength, and hope to help you live a sober fulfilling life.
