it has, still have trouble from time to time, but I had that before
my drinking got out of hand, so....

yes they D O help a lot, was doing 5mg dose but have
backed off to the 3 mg, and now am trying to only use
them x3-5/week

I have found the home shopping and bad/boring info/tv
shows a good way to put me to sleep
