It's encouraging to think my sticking to it might reset my head.
Ninsuna just keep in mind that being reset does not mean cured, nor does it mean that the work is over, in reality it allows the fog to clear as well as the establishment of a new pattern, now is when the real work begins and a new life begins to emerge. Keep working it, it works if WE work it.
