Just wanted to share my happiness on 30 days of sobriety
I've also found that getting active, as in fitness and eating right have really helped a lot. I can honestly say that the difference in me now and 30 days ago is quite startling.
Glad to hear you are feeling so much better. I too am exercising and loving it. Starting a diet (again) today as well. It's good to know of your success it helps spur me on. Day 13 and counting. Keep up the good work xx
