Yeah, you might wanna consider the ER...

Haven't had DTs, but withdrawals don't usually go smoothly for me, either--lots of physical symptoms, followed by emotional ones after a few days.

Seizures, I've had a couple times. They can kill... dang near did it to me once. Paramedics happened to be nearby is what saved me. There's medication to reduce the risk of that, and it's not really a replacement--they don't get you addicted the same way. No real high. And they're a lot easier to come off of, a week or two later. I'm not one for medication in general--don't even have asprin in the house--but this is something I can get behind.

Unfortunately, I've done this far too many times, to know this much about it, but it can be done. And it's a lot easier once that physical stuff goes away.

Stay strong, Ron. And don't be afraid of the ER if it gets worse...although brain twitching may be worse, I'm no doctor but...
