I couldn't do it on my own. I had to go to detox and that was the scariest time of my life and I was getting off pills. Once I got there it was wonderful, there was people there who were just like me, when I felt so alone. There are people here just like us. That one beer will lead you to the next one and then bam you are back in that same boat and feel worse. Keep coming back, WE can do this.
