When I was in rehab they would not let us have any caffeine or sugar. At first I thought it was down right mean and humiliating.
However, I got a chance to see how some of the residents who got out to go to church would load up on sweets & coffee and then be restless, irritable and discontent afterward.
Maybe you should ask your Doctor if diet has something to do with your problem?
