Morning Glory, This is a great post. I'm working now so, I'll read more closly later. I am really intrested in giving these voices another job. This feels like someone fooled my brain into thinking something. Rather than try to reteach it, I can fool it into believing the truth. When I've tried to defend myself to these voices, sometimes my memories get in the way. If this makes any sense? My problem could be learning to deal with my brain with present information. No mater what I say to these voices my memories validate them, nomatter what I might say. I am going to try and talk to these voices and give them a new job of cotidicting my old memories. HEY! The worst that could happen is they won't let me on the bus to go home. There is so much work to this but, we are worth the work. Don W
