Again due to work I could only exercise for 75 minutes. I planned to run 8k with a fast 5k at the start. I started out really fast and then at the 18 minute mark my hamstring went. Looks like I won't be running for a while. I might be able to manage the bike.

As I had extra time I managed 135 push ups and 72 chin ups.
