I think many of us have that cycle - we stop for bit, feel good and think we obviously overreacted last time and start again...SR helped break that cycle for me.
Coming here every day, writing about my own troubles, and especially reading about other peoples, helped me realise I
wasn't overreacting at all and I really needed to do something about this.
