hi tabata, that is great stuff! I've been sober since Sept 3, and outside of a small relapse, since July 10th. I'm also walking and biking like crazy. I LOVE the bike rides and am a little bummed about winter coming. Weight won't drop though! I figure it's all new muscle lol.. Keep up the great work and best of luck.
