I don't think AA is for you, you don't have a problem with alcohol...
NA may be the way to go to... But you have a problem with powerlessness and higher power... these are the first two steps... you can't go any further, not yet...
Keep posting, there is a lot of wisdom here, and maybe someone can come along with something you need to hear...
