Push ups are the think I hate the most. I feel nauseous and light-headed when I do them. I try for a minimum of 60 a day usually in 3 sets (30, 20 ,10). I'm overjoyed when they're finished.
Today I ran 11k and had a great weights workout. Managed to do 75 chin ups for the first time in ages. Feel a really good tiredness right now.
