Twenty lengths, run 5 miles. It all works. My feet and legs are not keeping up any more but I am doing some serious walking and it helps me sleep like a baby. We don't have designated or lit paths around here. We do have some really great dear paths through the woods down to the river. Keeps me in shape and in focus.
