From dictionary.com... cult... "a group or sect bound together by veneration of the same thing, person, ideal, etc."
So... AA/NA can indeed be considered a cult.
But... one saying I like alot is: 'take what you want and leave the rest.'
So there is some room for 'edit' within the cults.
