Thanks for the welcomes everyone. I don't have a clue what secular recovery is so if someone could touch on that for me it would be helpful. I think it's obvious that regarding my God belief that I'm in the right place, but I don't know how to proceed regarding recovery.
My recovery is SR, therapy, going for walks, taking pictures, getting enough sleep, etc.
It's not exactly structured, but it works for me. If circumstances change then I'll modify what I'm doing. I want to keep it fluid.
