Nice overcast morning here. Kinda makes me sleepy and calm when the coastal clouds are about. Not much else going on with me. Still managing my anxiety and now some depression. I'm not too bad off, just sluggish and fatigued...yet still managing to get to my groups during the week and help drive the girlfriend around so she can get her stuff done. Well that it for me...
