I am noticing that I am gaining weight again. I lost a lot of weight after not drinking, but I have been eating a ton of ice cream and have gained the weight back. I really don't crave drinking anymore, but sometimes would like a nice cold beer on a hot day. I actually feel like I could drink just one. I probably will one day, but at this time I am not drinking.
