SASSI for the non-truthful
I am a mental health professional who has used the SASSI, from what my clients have said, it is also accurate for untruthful (trying to hide) substance users. I guess that is why it is so widely used and popular. I use it as an initial screening test, to help shape the treatment plan. It has been very helpful.
