Hi, I wake up at 5am to workout at the YMCA, then go to work, then when I get home, the craving is there. I should change my name to day1forever. I feel stronger, but I still drink too much. I am thinking about running again. I ran(or completed) a couple of 10ks(as a functioning alcoholic). I already checked how far I have to run until I complete 2 miles. Hopefully, as I exercise more, I will drink less. You have been a great influence to many on this forum.
