Lightbulb Changes.....one at a time....

I have many goals, some large some small, that I have thought about for quite some time. Some I have put some effort into, others have been to scary to go near. I plan on using this thread to log my progress.

Since I tend to overwhelm myself by starting too many goals at once I will only work on one goal at a time until that one is second nature.

Here is a list of goals that will probably be added to as time goes on.



Wake up and go to sleep the same time everyday, (mostly).

To use my Pilates DVD everyday that I dont workout otherwise.

Really workout 3 times a week (or more if I feel like it).

To drink 8 glasses of water a day.

Eat regularly through out the day. Planned meals and snacks.

To study every other day for at least an hour.

Make a budget, plan it out, work it.

Plan something FUN once a week.


Thats it for now. If I could just get these down...WOW how great it would feel!

So it may seem simple but my first goal is gonna be SLEEP! All so important, without it none of this other stuff is gonna have a chance! lol

Goal: Strictly for at least a week to start, fall asleep no later than 10:30pm
Wake up at 7:00 am
This is starting tomorrow of course since its already 12:40 am right now.
Helpful things....
I will exercise if I need to get myself tired for the bedtime but it will be only to facilitate my first goal, there will be no judgments made onmy part as to weather or not I HAVE to exercise.(ok J?) lol
Hot tea at night
Lights off at least half hour before actual bedtime
Hot tea in the morning
Hot shower in the morning

Ok...starts tonight at 10 PM...wish me luck
