My Dr. prescribed xanax with the sub to get through the begining. I told another Dr. I was going to take xanax with the sub to get through it and he didnt say anything negative. I know someone who has done xanax with sub and no bad effects. Everyone is different. I would try a little xan at first to check out. Just dont get addicted to the xanax. Its the worste drug ever to get off of.
