I second zandre's recommendation of melatonin. Helps sleep onset and doesn't leave you feeling groggy in the morning.

You might check out the Insomnia forum on this site. It doesn't get much traffic though.

Sleep disturbance following abstinence from alcohol typically lasts around 5 weeks. Hang in there.
