I have been on .5 Xanax for some time now. Not all at once, sometimes I'll take .25 in the middle of the night if I wake up with anxiety issues, and then I'll take another .25 before I go to work, but Ive been really good at not exceeding my prescribed dosage which is no more than .5mg per day.
Some days I'll only take .25, or on my days off work I may not take any at all.
All this talk about Benzo withdraw really is frightening, I don't think I have what it takes to quit right now.
