What a pain. My sister's computer is getting senile so she's had to borrow mine. Not really a big deal except she and the 'rents don't know about my little field trip through the hell that is drug addiction. So... every time I leave my computer I have to clear the browsing history so she doesn't trip over SR. And since I'm here, like, all the time it's about the first thing that comes up when you start typing in the address bar.
I know, I know. If only all my problems were so complicated.
I've considered telling them, and come to the conclusion that it's not a good idea. Any time my parents hear drug/alcohol stories on the TV or whatever, they make an immediate negative comment about the user. Geez... I mean, if they only knew, right? But then the comments would be directed at me instead and I can't handle it. At least not yet. Maybe one day when it's behind me and I'm more comfortable in my sobriety I will tell them. And if that never happens... ok.
