First time on this thread. Used to be totally into fitness before booze got the best parts of me. Now I'm back and training...for about a month now.

Walking (not running yet) 5-6 miles a day...weights 3 times a week, eating right with the help of my lovely wife. We're both down some good lbs and feeling better, ramping up to the 'old' me.
