Haha. Ok, it wasn't that bad. Sequence Stratigraphy, a.k.a. how to look at rocks and figure out what sea level and climate were doing when they were deposited, then how to use that knowledge to make yourself either a) filthy rich in the oil industry, or b) dirt poor in academia. Sadly all we did was babble about some papers we (should have) read before class.
There was no tornado here, but about 20 miles away there was one. *Sigh* Another lost opportunity.
