Two hour workout in gym, weekend workouts really help give me a focus and a healthy distraction. Sometimes its hard to sort out all the thoughts and feelings going on in my mind and exercise gives me a bit of a break from this. Its just good and almost restful to just concentrate on something physical for a while and yep those endorphines being released do help
