Relapsing is depressing
My AA friends had to drag me to the first few meetings after I drank in October. I wanted to hide under a rock. Not because of embarassment, but because my liking-myself-ometer was at an alltime low. That was just me, though, I don't know if you're in a similar place or if I'm barking up the wrong tree.
