I really believe that exercise plays an important role in recovery and it's more than just the physical benefits.
I started doing long walks when I began recovery and have continued doing that, almost every day, no matter what the weather. I love walking and observing.

It reminds me that it works both ways though because stigma has been the hardest thing for me to deal with.
