NEW HERE.....Chicago
Hey everybody new here. I'm not an addict but the son of one. I guess I'll be hanging around more for support and to lend some to others.
I've been dealing with an alcoholic mother who abuses pills and very occassionally some other things for a long time now. It's still affecting my life but I found the more I help younger people and people who are new to addiction the better I deal with the problems I had to face growing up.
