The way out of the cycle is to stay firm.
Build on your sobriety so you have a fighting chance to deal with the other crap.
It's not easy. No-one does it for enjoyment LOL. But it's possible. Even when you're waiting for call backs from Drs.
You have the qualities you need to succeed, believe me
