I'm okay for right now...work wasn't a complete disaster...I think I'm going to go for a bit of a walk and then hit McDonalds's on the way back...
I can justify eating that crap because A.) I haven't had anything to eat in 9 hours and B.) the alternative is booze.
I’m probably fooling myself…but the desire is so strong…I’m hoping that if I put it off long enough the urge will subside. I hope. Oh, I hope.
