I think I should keep a mood log....remember...I'm not organized...so it will be incredibly hard to stick with it for longer than a week.
TSH, I really like spark people, but I haven't been on for a week. I was obsessing about EVERYTHING that I ate and, although it is a good idea, I couldn't handle logging in every single thing I ate, including the tablespoons of ketchup.
How am I going to keep an accuarte track of my moods? Write down the time? Write down everything I eat AGAIN?
I need help.
