Sorry you are having such a difficult time!! I filed Bankruptcy many years ago...I didn't owna house at the time but I was able to keep my 2 cars and didn't have to lose any property. I did file chapter 7 which is complete bankruptcy (i don't even know if they have that anymore). Look in your local yellow pages and an attorney should be able to steer you in the right direction.
