needle marks, red swollen gooseggs on the arms anywhere on the arms, front, back, the neck (jugular), the feet, toes. Nodding out (falling asleep while standing up - check out youtube - you can see what nodding out looks like.)
I don't know what it looks like or smells like. Maybe ask on the SA board for more info?
