Still at thr gym 5 days a week. Five weeks straight now. I do 30 minutes cardio and then 1 hour weights. I usually follow that up with a 45-60 minute walk. I am trying to get my BMI down to 25, which is the top of the healthy category for men. Anything over is overweight but the scale is flawed.
Does anybody use BMI as one of the measures of healthiness?
